I really miss the siomai in Fuente Cebu. I looked like a dog craving for food. So today, I tried to make my own version of siomai. I hope it will taste not the same as in Fuente siomai but at least kinda similar. I have all the recipes and the last time I went to Asian market with my friend, I grabbed one packed of wanton wrapper. I can not wait to taste my siomai. I am still searching the recipe for the sauce but I think I cannot find exactly as the sauce in cebu. I will try to make some experiment later and will see how it goes.

So I have to sign out now and hopefully my husband will be home later early so we will both enjoy to eat my siomai. See you friends next time.Happy blogging to all of you!!!

Hello, everyone!!! Although I get disappointed here but life must go on. In  general, we have to wait for the blessings all the time. So wait and wait, and wait... I have nothing more to discuss here and I think I am not busy today. I am planning to go to the hospital later to visit my friend Dalia. As I spoke her last night she will have her induction today around 8:am. Her OB decided to have her induce because here due date was supposed to be last 24Th. So I might have to swing by there later. But I have to see, I heard the news that we have a thick snow later this afternoon until night time. I am not sure how the weather looks like. We will see and I will keep you update about the labor of my friend here.

It is finally over!!! welcome back spring time... Oh I love it. According to the news headline today, most part of Colorado hit the 70's. Which is good, good to go outside and take a walk to the park.

Well, We just attended the mass today and we swing by at Dillard's just looking for my husband spring clothes for work. But unfortunately, We didn't find anything we like. We tried to passed by at JC Penny, but it is still pricey for our budget.

We tried to save as much as we can right now because we are planning to buy a house. This time of year, is the best time to buy a house specially for the first time home buyers. There are incentives await for those first time buyers and we are hoping we could still avail  that offer. We tried our best not to use our credit card at the same time so we can't pay the twelve percent interest. That's really bummer!!!

After we dropped at the mall, we headed to chipotle and get my favourite chicken soft taco's with tomato, sweet corn, cheese and lettuce on it.yummmmmy!!! then after we ate, we dropped at safe way to get my hubby's milk. Then going straight home and take a walk at the park for forty five minutes then take our nap. What a day for both of US!!! Hope you had a wonderful day!!! see you next time

Good morning everyone!!! I am so tired today because I made some changes with this site since yesterday. I got few lay out but seems that didn't worked out when I tried to put in the title image. Finally, I made a good decision to chose  the spring color since spring time is on the way.And at the same time I am Hoping to catch up the attention of google. Hahahaha, as I am waiting for the Page Rank of my one and only domain. Google, If your there, please give me my grades!!!! hhaahhaahha silly me....

Anyway, I will find more interesting lay out later and hopefully It will help and solve my problem in  here. See you google... Ops forgot to tell you what happened last night during our dinner at P. F. CHANG's. The story goes like this: My bana received a compliment gift card from his work mate because he did a good job of the said project at wells Fargo. My bana told me that anytime we can go out and eat at P.F. CHAN G's Restaurant. It says in the box that the card has $50. So We decided to go there and eat. the food is really yummy, I ordered the sesame chicken and my bana ordered  the mixed seafood with shrimp, calamari and scallop on it. OHHH we are so full, thanks to Julie, my bana's co worker. Then time to pay the bill total was $44.50. I grabbed my purse because I put the card earlier in my wallet so we will not forget to bring. It was really my intention not to cook at night so we could go out and use the card. hahahahaha, so that's it... I paid the bill. And with our shocking news, the waiter told us that the card balance was $55.50.!!!! Me and Larry was staring each other's eyes and Said, "I  thought it is only $50", Yeahhhhhhh you heard about it!!!  I don't know who's fault, the box says $50 written by Julie . I Hope she purchase that one and paid $100 instead of $50 or maybe she bought that one from friends and paid $50 and we are lucky to eat more than $50. Oh my goodness, whoever fault is that, I am still thankful....

The celebration yesterday turned out so good. few friends arrived earlier while others trying to catch ed up the food in the table. Just a little bit late, but a lot of food was served in our table. I prepared few gifts also for the march girls birthday celebrants and everyone likes thier gifts. Thats good! Also glad everyone appreciate all the yummy food that I cooked, and some of them used to call me " Chef" hahahah, chef without a restaurant. funny!!!

After we ate we decided to turned on the magic sing and starts the SING ALL YOU CAN. Then while other group are busy of chatting ,my other girl friends decided to play cards called 31.  It is just an easy game, all you need to do is to make your 3 cards same suites then add it up until 31 then that's the winner. Whoever have the first 31 will be the winner, isn't it fun?? I am pretty sure you will enjoy if you try to play like this.If your bored out there, maybe you can try this one, who knows you will enjoy but you need to have a co players at least 3 people in the game.

Today, I have the task to cook for my girl friends join birthday celebration here at the house. They invited few pinay in town and hopefully they could come early so we have time to play cards. It is my honor to host this celebration and proud to be the cook.hehehehe

Everyone knows our place is not big enough to occupy more people but I can guarantee that we all fit in. I started cooking since last night and still cooking today. It should be fun!! Someone are going to bring the magic sing so we could sing while playing cards. Isn't it FUN? we will see. I will update you later after the event... Have a happy day to everyone!!!!

I had been invited to a joined surprised birthday party with my friends house. And it turned out so great. The march birthday girl friends celebrants was totally shocked when the husband of the host announced that the said party was for them.Everyone knew that the party was for them and Del, Mj, Chel, Dal and four of them, they didn't know. The only thing these four girls knows that party was for the host daughter in law. They all speechless after announcing that the party was for them. And I think the girls didn't believed until they saw their name on the cake, then the surprised was really successful..

It was good for this couple to host any party. They always make you surprised. As far as I remember, They did it to me before to during my birthday. I was so blind and everyone knew it was my birthday . HAHAHA they are so good for surprises, very effective!!!!! More blessing to come on you way......

I did cater today to my friends birthday party. It was really a Blast. Its not many visitors but the food was yummy, of course part of it I cooked.She ordered a whole roast pig which was so yummy and all the food was great. She ordered me more dessert, It was five variety of desserts then the rest was pork adobo, bam-i, mixed vegetables with salted shrimp.

It was fun, the girls are busy of holding the mic. We love singing... Some groups are busy of chatting, telling stories and laughing the same jokes.. It was good to see friends sometimes and meet new interesting people in life. That is life all about. People come, people go but all the memories are always left behind and will treasure forever...

I am very sad I could not get any banana today and hubby seen me that I am so worried. After he went running we drove to H-mart supermarket because I was being told that there are selling banana. It was 18 miles from our place to reach at the H-mart. When we get there, I am not lucky enough because they are running out of stock. I guess to many monkey shopped there and  took all the banana. I was really worried and hubby wants me to be happy so he decided to drove me to the Asian market that we used to go.I am so happy because he is not complaining anything maybe because he understand me that time. When I got there, still I am not lucky enough, I only have 5 pieces cute ripe banana. I was really hopeless but I think it is fine although they are cute. I and so tired and told hubby to go home. At least I have 5 cute banana. I think It will work out tomorrow..

Someone order me a Binignit for tomorrow and my ingredients is  incomplete. Here is the story, hubby and I went to the Asian market last two days ago and I got all the  things needed for my cooking. I bought more than 10 ripe banana  and I think five pieces of green banana and everything was all set. Then Yesterday, I received a call from  my friend that shes going to dropped by here at the house. Since  she was out for lunch, I didn't bother to cook something for her.

While we are watching the TV, We plan to eat something like snacks  and we looked at the same time to the  ripe banana, I said to her, Oh maybe I can fry this one! So that's it. We ate the banana Que. We are all full because we cooked the 10  ripe bananas that suppose to be for my cooking tomorrow. I was hoping that the green banana I have will be ripe tomorrow. But does not the case, When I checked tonight, still very green. I talked to hubby maybe he could drive me to the market to find the banana. He remember  I bought ripe banana, and he asked me where did it go?? so I told him the truth and he was like OH my Goodness!!

So I hope tomorrow we could find the banana because I cant cook my menu without the banana. We will see.................
